Hi, I’m Maree. I am a Women's Wellbeing Coach and qualified naturopath, with a passion for women’s health and wellness.

If you're struggling with weight gain, moodiness, exhaustion and overwhelm, relax - you're in the right place.

I work with women in perimenopause and menopause to help you reset and embrace the unique challenges of your 40s and 50s with confidence, energy, and a fresh perspective.

My Story

With a lifelong passion for women’s health and wellness, I graduated from University, trained as a Naturopath and completed post grad studies at Business School before embarking on a corporate career.

Menopause was a wild ride for me—filled with unexpected twists and turns, including serious health challenges and emotional stress. I didn’t even know I was in perimenopause during those 10 crazy years leading up to menopause. But I now realise I actually had every symptom in the book (there are 64 symptoms documented)!

Many women feel unaware and unprepared for the range and severity of hormonal symptoms—and the profound impact these can have on your life. I was one of them, living in complete denial and burning the candle at both ends—like so many others in their 40s.

I was working long hours, pushing myself at the gym, living on carbs, wine, and caffeine, striving to keep up, having trouble sleeping and fighting through the brain fog, all while navigating a high-pressure, competitive work environment. No one was talking about perimenopause, and menopause wasn't even on my radar.

I thought I was living a "healthy life," but looking back, there were so many simple changes I could have made and habits I could have embraced, had I known about them, that would have made everything easier—and helped me stay more focused, feeling happier and lighter.

Then came menopause. That’s when I started studying everything I could get my hands on about hormones, and talking to doctors, psychologists and natural therapists—leaving no stone unturned in my search for answers. I was shocked by the lack of knowledge and support for women's health out there... That’s where the concept for Health, Hormones & Happiness program was born.

Hindsight is 20/20. I’ve done the hard work and research so you don't have to. I've walked the walk and I know how overwhelming it can be to sift through all the conflicting information, at the same time as navigating the daily hormonal fluctuations of your 40s and 50s, along with your relationships, work, family and responsibilities.

I’m here to share what I’ve learned first-hand, along with the latest breakthroughs in women’s health and wellness, so that you can be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of your own journey—and feel supported every step of the way.

Unfortunately, no. This program is not designed to address the complexities of disordered eating. We recommend working with a coach or healthcare professional who specialises in this area.

Yes, as long as it’s done under the guidance of your healthcare provider. Many women find that with the lifestyle changes introduced in the program, they may require less medication, but this should be professionally monitored.

While this program isn’t specifically designed for fertility, it can be done under the supervision of your healthcare provider. It may support overall hormonal balance, reduce inflammation and help with shedding excess weight, but please consult with your doctor to ensure it aligns with your fertility goals.

The program offers flexible guidance to help you make healthier choices, but it’s not about restriction. Instead, you’ll learn how to nourish your body, work with your hormones and adopt some new healthy habits to suit your lifestyle and goals.

On average, you’ll spend about 1-3 hours per week engaging with the program content. This includes the 1 hour live session and mindfulness homework; participation in the online community is optional. You’ll also have the option to watch replays if you prefer more flexibility.
